My Philosophy

Relationships anchor and protect us. They also push us to grow and evolve.
In our most significant relationships, we experience the deepest love and also the hardest challenges. It is my work and passion, therefore, to help people build, nurture and preserve their significant relationships while capitalizing on their opportunities to transform.

About Me

I am a couples and family counselor with a PhD in Couples and Family Therapy (Kansas State University, U.S.A) and two Master’s degrees in Couples and Family Therapy (Kansas State University) and Counseling Psychology (Bangalore University).

Since 2009, I have worked with people of all ages and sexual orientations on a wide range of mental health and relationship issues. My expertise lies in working with married couples who don’t get along, struggle to communicate, have sexual difficulties or are dealing with infidelity. I am also experienced in helping families with parent-child conflict and child emotional and behavioral difficulties. I have worked in both community mental health clinics and high schools, providing counseling services, coaching teachers in classroom management and educating parents on child development.
