Relationship Coaching

Couples counseling is not the only path towards working on your relationship. Relationship coaching may be right for you if:

  • You are in a committed relationship and contemplating marriage
  • The relationship has grown stagnant
  • You are single but ready for a relationship

Relationship coaching is brief, present-focused and goal-oriented. The focus is to help you identify your key values and vision for the relationship, set goals, develop action plans for meeting these goals and address any barriers to change.  As your coach, I will facilitate self-exploration, provide information and education based on research for healthy relationships, and most importantly, help you to get moving.

Couples counseling or relationship coaching: How to know which type of help is right for you?
Couples counseling is right for you if you feel distressed (anxious, depressed), stuck in repetitive arguments and/or have sexual difficulties (e.g., low desire, erectile issues) This mode of counseling requires both partners to participate.
Relationship coaching is right for you if you are single and looking for guidance on how to find a steady relationship or if you are looking to re-invigorate your current relationship. Coaching can be done with just one person.
